his heirs and assigns in fee simple for ever and I the said
George Doig for myself and my heirs Executors and administra
tors do covenant with the said James Doig & his heirs and assigns,
that I am lawfully seized in fee: of the aforesaid pre=
ises: that they are free from all encumbrances, that I have a
good right to sell and convey the same to the said James Doig
as aforesaid & that I will and my heirs executors and adminis=
trators shall warrant and defend the same to the said James
Doig and his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
Claims and demands of all persons whatever

This Indenture, made the 21st day of April in the year of Our Lord
One thousand eight hundred and seventy seven Between D.L. Branning and
Virginia A. Branning of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Aaron Aldrich Nicholas Durham and James Coleman
 Trustees of Collered Baptist Church of Waldo
of the County and State aforesaid (of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of
twenty five Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America,
to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, Sold, aliened,
remised, released, Conveyed and Confirmed, and by these presents do
grant, bargain, Sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the said parties of the second part and their successors as Trustees
of the Colored Paptist Church of Waldo one acre of Land lying
and being in the County and State aforesaid described as follows
One Acre of land in the SW Corner of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Sec
14 T 8 R21 E, being one square acre.
Together with all and singular the land tenements, hereditaments
