Margaret J. Sanchez became the purchaser of said East half of section
twenty five township nine (9) range nineteen (19) containing three hun-
dred and nineteen & 88/100 acres, also the North West corner of North
East quarter of section twenty six township nine (9) range nineteen
(19) containing one hundred and sixty (160) acres aggregating 479 &
88/100 acres, By him purchased at and for the sum of one hundred
dollars, Now therefore I as such Sheriff do hereby alien, convey and
transfer unto the said Margaret J. Sanchez the premises above des-
cribed, to have and to hold the same with their appurtenances thereunto
belonging, or in any wise appertaining unto the said Margaret J. Sanchez
his heirs and assigns forever, and I the said Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff
of Alachua County as aforesaid, do covenant with the said Margaret
J. Sanchez that I will warrant and forever defend the same to
her and her heirs and assigns, vesting in her in opposition to
all adverse titles or claims all the Estate, right, title, claim or
demand in law or Equity of the Defendants in execution, so far
as I the said Samuel C. Tucker as Sheriff as aforesaid in pursu-
ance of the premises can or ought to convey or assure.

and wife Janie E. Beaton formally Mrs Janie E. Sparks for diverse consid-
erations hereunto moving us have this day appointed and fully empow-
ered Thos C. Ellis of Gainesville Alachua County Florida as our
agent and attorney in fact for the special purpose of grant-
