On reading the Petition of Thomas C. Ellis & Hardy Harvard adminis-
trators of the estate of Stephen F. Harvard and consent of the Guardian
David G. Harvard,
It is ordered adjudged and decreed that the lot described in said
Petition as lot one Block three & Range one measuring 197 feet
from N to S & 120 feet from E to W, be sold to trustees for the use 
of a Baptist Church to be erected thereon for a sum not less than
One hundred dollars and that the administrators Thomas C. Ellis
and Hardy Harvard are authorised and empowered to make titles
therefor and that the purchase money be paid over to David G.
Harvard Guardian of Olive C. Harvard        J.H. Goss   Judge

Alachua County      }  Know all men by these presents that we Thomas
C. Ellis and Hardy Harvard administrators of the estate of Stephen F.
Harvard decd by virtue of authority invested in us by a decretal
order granted on the 17th Nov 1873 by Hon. J.H. Goss Judge which
appears of record in the Clerk office of Alachua County upon the Petition
of T.C. Ellis and Hardy Harvard adms of S.F. Harvard & consent of David  
G. Harvard Guardian of Olive C. Harvard for and in consideration of the
sum of One hundred dollars to us in hand paid have granted sold and
conveyed & by these presents do grant sell & convey unto Stephen McCall
J.H. Tomkies and Gabriel P. Thomas as Trustees for the Baptist Church
in Gainesville Florida the following described property to wit:
Lot No. One (1) Block three (3) & Range one measuring one hundred &
ninety seven feet from North to South & one hundred & Twenty feet from
East to west, To have & to hold the same to the said Trustees of the
Baptist Church in Gainesville Fla. and their successors in office
for ever in fee simple.
