State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I William
Alachua County   } E. Lewis of said State and County for and in
Consideration of the sum of One thousand dollars due and ow-
ing by me to Martha A. Lewis and for the further consideration
of love and affection to my affectionate Mother, and for the fur-
ther consideration of the love and patient care personal
                                         Said 
Service, board and lodging furnished by my^Mother the Said
Martha A. Lewis since the attainment of my majority, I have this
day sold and conveyed and by these presents do hereby sell and
confirm, unto the said Martha A. Lewis the following personal
property Viz,
One dark mare about seven years old named Nellie, one sorrel mare
about nine years old named "Sally" One bay Stallion horse about
Eight (8) years old named Cilum, one sorrel horse three (3) years old
named Joe Johnston, one filly about (3) three years and six months
old named Bonnie, one filly about three (3) and a half years old named
"Grey Eagle" One Bay horse colt one year old one bay mare colt about
one year old, one bay suckling horse colt of Mare Nelly, one mare suck-
ling Colt of Mare Sally, one dark bay mule about five (5) years old
One dark horse mule about ten years old, One Engine, Gins, and
appurtenances, Two three quarter Iron Axle Wagons and one buggy
To Have and to Hold unto the said Martha A. Lewis absolutely uncon-
ditionally and forever, in her own sole and indefeasible right and
title, In Testimony whereof witness my hand and seal this the
twenty fifth day of October in the year of Our Lord Eighteen hun-

This Indenture made and entered into this 30th day of April 1877
between Wm H. Robertson and Margaret E. Robinson his wife (who joins
in this deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her right
of dower to the premises hereinafter conveyed) of the first part and
James Doig of the second part, Witnesseth that the parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Five dollars to them in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey to the party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel
