of land known and described on a map of Voyles Survey in 1876 of an
Eastern Addition to the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida as follows: Commencing at the North West Corner of
Block (H) Range 2 thence runing south to Alachua Avenue, thence
east to the A.G. & W.I.T. Cos Railroad thence north East along said line of
railroad to Capitol Avenue, thence west along said Avenue to the point
of begining.
To have and to hold to the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns with the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging
and the title to the same the parties of the first part to the party
of the second part his heirs and assigns shall and will forever
warrant and defend by these presents

or fear of or from her said husband: and also appeared before me

that they had executed the said deed for the purposes therein
