This Indenture made the nineteenth day of March Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and seventy seven, between Archibald H. Cole of the County
of Putnam and State of Florida party of the first part and Wade A. Geiger
of the Town of Archer County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the sec=
ond part; Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in considera=
tion of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold, transferred, and do by these
presents give, grant, alien, bargain sell transfer and convey, unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs administrators and assigns
forever all those certain Lots, Tracts or Parcels of Land situate lying
and being in the Town of Archer County of Alachua and State of Florida
and known and described on the official Map of said town as Lots
numbered one, Two and Ten of Block number nine, which said Lots of
land measure and are bounded as follows to wit: Fifty two and Eight
tenths feet on Geiger Street which bounds lot ten on the North West:
Two hundred feet on McDowell street which bounds lots one and ten on
the south west and one hundred and five and six tenths feet on Gay
street which bounds Lots one and two on the south East
(Lots 1, 2 & 10 Block 9)
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate, right, title, interest
property, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
Equity, of the said party of the first part, of in and to the same,
with the appurtenances.
To have and to Hold the above described premises, with the appur-
tenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part,
and to his heirs administrators and assigns as their absolute
