himself and for all others claiming by, through, or under him does
covenant and agree that he is seized in fee simple of a good and
indefeasable estate in and to the above premises, by deed from the Trustees
of the Florida Rail Road Company bearing date of June 12th AD 1867, and that
he has conveyed the same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description created by him=
self; and that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or under him the said party of
the first part.
  In Testimony whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto
affixed his hand and seal, this the day and year above written

executed, the foregoing Deed of conveyance, and acknowledged that he
executed the same for the purpose therein expressed, whereupon it is

This Indenture made and entered into this 30th day of April 1877
between James Doig and Wm H. Robertson and their wives Frances W. Doig
and Margaret E. Robertson (who join in this deed for the purpose of
renouncing and relinquishing their right of dower to the prem-
ises hereinafter conveyed) of the first part, and Laura R. Wimber-
ly of the second part, Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Twenty five dollars to them paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell and convey
to the party of the second part all that tract or parcel of land known
and described in a map of Voyles survey of 1876 as Lot 10, Block 1
Range 1, of an Eastern addition to the Town of Gainesville in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida to have and to hold to the said party
of the first part her heirs and assigns with the rights and appurtenances
thereto belonging, and the title to the same the parties of the first
part to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, shall
and will forever warrant and defend by these presents
