State of Florida } Personally appeared before me R.F. Taylor a Notary
Alachua County   } Public in and for said State and County Frances
W. Doig wife of James Doig and Margaret E. Robertson wife of Wm H. Rob=
ertson to me personally known, who having been first examined by
me separately and apart from their said husbands, acknowledged
that they renounced and relinquished all their right of dower in
and to the premises conveyed in the foregoing deed made by them
and James Doig and Wm H. Robertson to Laura R. Wimberly
and dated the 30th day of April 1877, freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension of fear of
or from their husbands; and also appeared before me James Doig
and Frances W. Doig and Wm H. Robertson and Margaret E. Robertson
and acknowledged that the had executed the said deed for the
purposes therein stated                 James Doig

This Indenture made and entered into this 30th day of April
AD 1877 between James Doig and Wm H. Robertson and Frances W.
Doig and Margaret E. Robertson wives of said James Doig and
Wm H. Robertson (who join in this deed for the purpose of re-
nouncing and relinquishing their right of dower to the prem-
ises hereinafter conveyed) of the first part and John W. Raymond
of the second part.
          Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of fifty - dollars to them paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel of land
known and described in a Map of Voyles survey of 1876 as Lots 1 & 2
Block 1 Range 2 of an Eastern addition to the town of Gainesville
County of Alachua and State of Florida.
To have and to hold to the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns with the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging, and
the title to the same the parties of the first part to the party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, shall and will forever warrant
and defend by these presents.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seal this the day and year aforesaid.
