of said section twenty two (22) in Township ten (10) South Range Twenty (20)
East, and the said W.D. Lewis doth hereby further acknowledge the
receipt of Twenty (20) Dollars to him cash in hand paid on this day by
the said A.X. Illinski, as part of the purchase money for said plot
of land above described, and the said party of the first part doth
hereby further agree and bind himself to execute and deliver to

the said party of the second^by proper deed of conveyance good and
unincumbered title to said land the same in said deed to be
more particularly and definitely described after being surveyed
upon the payment to him of the further sum of One hundred
and thirty (130) Dollars by the party of second part, which further
sum of money the said party of the second part hereby agrees
to pay for said land within Thirty (30) days from the date of this
instrument, which said further sum of one hundred and thirty
dollars is to be in full payment for said Ten (10) acres of land =
The said party of the second part doth hereby agree to have said
land Surveyed by a professional surveyor so that the same can be
more accurately and definitely described in the title deed thereto
to be executed by the said party of the first part - To the due and
complete fulfillment and performance of all things in this
contract and agreement agreed to be performed by the party
of the first part and by the party of the second part, respective-
ly they and each of them doth hereby bind themselves, their
heirs, Executors & administrators, and,
