State of Florida  } This Indenture made and entered into this the 1st day of
County of Alachua } March Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and seventy Six
between Solomon Warren of the first part and Catherine Warren of the
second part both of the State and County aforesaid. Witnesseth
That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Twenty five dollars and forty four cents $25.44 to him in hand
paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, hath granted aliened bargained sold transferred and do by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and confer unto 
said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all
that certain tract of Land lying and being in said State and County
and known as south East SE1/4 of section (2) Township (10) Range
(18) containing one hundred & Sixty acres together with all and sin-
hular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto said party of second part and her heirs and assigns
as her absolute property in fee simple forever, and the said party
of the first part for himself and for all others claiming by through
or under him doth covenant and agree that he is seized of a fee
simple to the above and that he has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of all and every nature
and that said party of the second part and assigns shall quietly and 
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or under said party of
first part.  In witness whereof the said party of the first part
has hereunto affixed his hand and seal this the 1st day of March

Evans Wimberly & Laura R. Wimberly of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part, and Josephine
Brooks of the same State and County party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy five
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
