second part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold,
released, granted, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do bar-
gain, sell, release, grant, convey, and confirm, unto the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain tract, or
parcel of land known and described in a map of Voyles survey of 1876
as lot ten (10) Block one (1) Range one (1) of an Eastern addition to
the town of Gainesville, in the County of Alachua, and State of
Florida. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments 
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest property possession claim and 
demand whatsoever, as well in Law as in Equity, of the parties of the
first part, in and to the above described premises, and every part and
parcel thereof: To have and to hold, The above granted bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the
second part, her heirs and assigns, to her and their own proper use, benefit,
and behoof forever. And the said parties of the first part, for themselves heirs,
executors and administrators, do hereby covenant with the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns, that at the time of the delivery hereof
the said parties of the first part were the lawful owners of the premises above
granted, and seized thereof in fee simple absolute; that they are 
free from all encumbrances; that the said parties of the first part had
good right to sell and convey the same to the said party of the second
part as aforesaid, and that the said parties of the first part, their heirs,
executors, and administrators, the above described and hereby
granted and conveyed premises, and every part and parcel thereof,
with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns, against the said parties of the first part and
their heirs and against all and every person and persons whom-
soever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same, shall and will warr-
ant and by these presents forever defend.

Be it remembered, That on this the twenty fifth day of May
AD 1877, personally came before me, an acting County Judge
Laura R. Wimberly wife of Evans Wimberly who upon an
examination by me held separate and apart from her husband ack-
nowledged that she did make, sign and seal the foregoing Deed, con-
veying her separate property freely, voluntarily, and without any compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
