Alachua County   } On this day personally appeared before me Laura R.
Wimberly and Evans Wimberly to me well known, and acknowledged
that they executed the foregoing Deed, for the purposes therein expressed;
whereupon it is prayed that the same may be recorded.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the

County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered into the 30th day of Decem-
ber AD 1877 by and between James Doig Attorney in fact for Daniel Anderson,
party of the first part, and Frank and Henry Pardee parties of the second
part, all of the County & State aforesaid.
                                  Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred dollars to
them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part at and before
the signing sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained & sold and by these presents
doth grant, bargain sell & convey unto the said parties of the second part
all that certain tract or parcel of land lying & being situate in the County
& State aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of Section 4, Township 10, South Range 20
East thence running South on the East line of said Section, 11 chains
and 27 links to a stake, thence on a line paralel with the Florida Rail
Road 11 chains and 80 links to a stake, thence at right angles towards
the said Road 3 chains and 18 links thence paralel with the said Road to the
NE corner of a tract of six acres, sold by Stephen McCall to John
Davis thence direct to the Florida Rail Road and at right angles to the
same 3 chains and 18 links to the NW corner of said tract, thence paralel
with said Road 8 chains and 26 links to a stake 65 feet from the center
of the tract of the Florida Rail Road & on the north line of said section
4, thence south on said line 1 chain and 31 links to the place of beginning
containing seven acres and 47/100 more or less, to have & to hold the fore
going described premises to the said parties of the second part their heirs
and assigns forever together with all and singular the tenements heredi
taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. And the said party
of the first part further covenants and agrees that at the time of
signing sealing and delivery of these presents he was the legally
authorized constituted and appointed attorney in fact for the
said Daniel G. Anderson and was fully empowered and author
ized to convey the foregoing described premises as if the said
