This Indenture made the fourth day of May in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven, between Robert
H. Wilson (widower) and Percifer F. Wilson (Bachelor) of the first part,
and Mrs Christina P. Richards and Benjamin S. Richards of the
second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for
