County of Alachua } me Robert H. Wilson and Percifer F. Wilson
to me well known as the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing Deed of conveyance, and acknowledged that they
executed the same for the purpose therein expressed, where=
upon it is prayed that the same may be recorded.

Alachua County } This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of
March in the year of Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seventy
four, between J.R.W. Grissom, in right of his wife, and Frances
J. Grissom in her own right of the first part, and Mary J. Seagle
wife of F.V. Seagle, of the second part
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part for and in consid=
eration of the sum of five dollars in hand paid, the receipt where=
of is hereby acknowledged, and for the further consideration of the
love and affection borne by the said Frances J. Grissom to her
said Daughter Mary J. Seagle, the said party of the first part,
hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents
doth release, grant, bargain, sell and convey, unto the said Mary
J. Seagle, party of the second part, Separate from the said husband
and free from the debts and liabilities of her said husband and
of her body
to the heirs^and assigns of the said Mary J. Seagle, all that half
of lot or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the Town of
Gainesville in said County and State, and designated as the
North half of Block number four (No 4) Range number
seven (No 7) of said Town, purchased by said Frances J. Grissom
and Martha L. Finger from the executors of the estate of John
L. Young deceased =
To Have and To Hold the above mentioned North half of said
town lot, together with all and singular the rights, tenements and
hereditaments thereto belonging, unto the said Mary J. Seagle
of her body
and to her heirs^executors, administrators and assigns separate and
apart from the control, debts and liabilities of F.V. Seagle her
aforesaid husband, in fee Simple, And the party of the first part
covenant and warrant that said party of the first part is seized in fee
of the said premises and had good right to convey the same
and will defend the title thereto unto the said party of the second
or
part, and to her heir^legal representatives and assigns forever,
from the legal claims of All persons whomsoever.
In testimony whereof the said party of the first doth hereunto
