to wit: South half of Section Thirty Six (36) in Township ten (10) Range
twenty one (21) containing three hundred and sixteen acres (316) more or
less lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida To have and to
hold unto her the said M.M. Graddick and to her heirs and assigns for=
ever as fully and effectually as I the Said Samuel C. Tucker as Said
Sheriff under and by virtue of the Execution aforesaid and the levy
advertisement and sale thereunder made as by the Statutes in such
Cases made and provided might Could or ought to Sell and Con=
vey the Same.
