of the District of East Florida at the June term of the year
1845 that is to say Section thirty (30) of Township Eleven (11) Range
twenty one (21) Section twenty nine (29) of Township Eleven (11) Range
v Fraction nineteen (19) of Township Eleven (11) Range Twenty one (21)
twenty one (21)^Fraction Twenty (20) of Township Eleven (11)Range
twenty one (21) lying the Northward of said sections. Also Lot
Number Twelve (12) being part of a grant of 20,000 acres, belong-
to the said Moses E. Levy North of said Fractions which lot
originally contained 1666 acres from which 160 acres have been
sold from the North West corner of the said Number 12. Also,
the Spur of Cypress Swamp which runs in Lot Number Eleven
(11) lying to the west of Lot Number twelve (12) and which Lot
Number 11, hath lately been sold by Moses E. Levy to Levi Hick-
son by agreement bearing date 13th January 1853 whereby the
Spur of said Cypress Swamp was reserved from sale by the
said Moses E. Levy, for his own purposes, and the said Levi Hickson
agreed to have a margin around the Swamp for a wagon road
which reservations and privileges and benefits it is understood
are recognized and presumed in this Deed. The said property being
the same heretofore conveyed to me the said William K. Ryan
together with Jacquilling Geer by his deed bearing date Moses E. Levy
by his deed bearing date this first day of October 1853, and
recorded in Book of Deeds B on pages 226 to 228 October 20th
AD 1853 in Registry of Deeds for Alachua County Florida.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing.
To have and to hold the same to him the said J. Adger Clark
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee
simple forever. And we the said William K. Ryan and Mrs Martha
A. Ryan his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
J. Adger Clark that we will, and our heirs, executors and ad-
ministrators shall and will forever warrant and defend him
the said J. Adger Clark and his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns in the title to the property hereby conveyed: and
in the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the possession of
same against the claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, It is
hereby further expressed that this deed of conveyance is executed
and delivered in presence of and in consummation of a sale
of the lands herein described made by us to the said J. Adger
Clark on the thirteenth day of May AD 18--
