White Jr Notary Public in and for said State and County
personally appeared Mrs Martha A. Ryan wife of William K. Ryan
who being first duly questioned and examined by me Separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges that she
signed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance with her said Hus=
band for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing all her
right of Dower in and to the lands and every part thereof
particularly described and set out in said Deed of conveyance
and that said release and relinquishment of Dower was made and
executed by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compul=
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
above named

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I,
William Dixon Lewis of the aforesaid County and State a
bachiler for and in consideration of the sum of one hun=
dred and fifty dollars to me cash in hand paid by Dr
A.X. Illinski of the City of East St Louis in the State of
Illinois; at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed; and by these pres=
ents do grant, bargain, sell and convey; unto him the said
A.X. Illinski all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel
of land lying being and situated in Alachua County
in the State of Florida particularly described as follows
to wit Commencing at a stake planted at that point
