where the half mile line running North and south divi=
ding section twenty two (22) of township ten (10) Range
Twenty East intersects and enters the Prarie lands or waters
at high water mark, of "Paynes Prarie" or Alachua Sav=
annah" thence from said stake due East one hundred and 
sixty (160) yards to a stake thence north nine hundred and seven and
a half (907 1/2) feet to a stake thench West one hundred and sixty (160)
yards to the said half mile line dividing said section twenty two (22)
thence south along said half mile dividing line, Nine hundred and sev=
en and a half (907 1/2) to the place of beginning containing full ten
(10) acres of land, the same being a part and parcel of the South
East quarter of said section twenty two (22) in Township ten (10)
south of Range Twenty (20) East lying and being within what
is known as the "Arredondo Grant" together with all and sin=
gular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining = To have and to hold the
same to him the said A.X. Illinski and to his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns in fee simple forever = And I the
said William Dixon Lewis for myself my heirs, executors
and administrators do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said A.X. Illinski that I will and my heirs, executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend him the said A.X. Illinski and his heirs, executors and 
administrators in the title to the property hereby conveyed and in
the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the possession of the same
against the claims and demands of any and all persons whom=
soever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
