State of South Carolina } Know all men by these presents that
Darlington County       } we Mrs Jackgeling C. Muldrow and her
husband M.A. Muldrow and Mrs Adella P. Limmerman and
her husband William E. Limmerman all of the State of South Caro=
lina for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred Dollars
to us in hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed; and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto J. Adger Clark of the County
of Marion in the State of Florida all that undivided one half
interest which we the said Mrs J.C. Muldrow and Mrs A.P.
Limmerman have and own and are entitled to by reason of
being the heirs at law of Jackgeline Gee late of Darlington
County State of South Carolina deceased of in and to all the
following described tracts or parcels of land lying and situ=
ated in the State of Florida. To wit: Section Thirty (30) in
Township Eleven (11) Range twenty one, and section twenty nine
(29) in Township Eleven (11) Range twenty one (21) Fractional Sec=
tion nineteen (19) Township Eleven (11) Range Twenty one (21);
Fractional Section Twenty (20) Township Eleven (11) Range Twenty
one (21) lying to the Northward of said sections all being a part
of what is popularly known as the "Arredondo Grant" as shown
by the maps of said Grant executed and made by David H.
Burr and Henry Washington; Also Lot number twelve (12)
which is a part of a grant of Twenty thousand (20,000) acres
made to Moses E. Levy and which is located and shown by the
said maps of said "Arredondo Grant" as being inside of or
surrounded by said "Arredondo Grant" which said Lot number
Twelve (12) lies North of said Fractional sections above mentioned,
and contained, and contain originally Sixteen hundred and 
sixty six (1666) acres, but from which one hundred and
sixty (160) acres in the North West corner thereof has heretofore
been sold to another party, one Levi Hickson; also the
spier of Cypress-Swamp; which runs in lot number
Eleven (11) has hereto fore been conveyed, to said Levi Hick=
son, hereby reserving and recognising to said Levi Hickson the
right and privilege which has been heretofore reserved and
granted to him, of cutting and using the timber from said
spear of Cypress-Swamp for his own undivided uses and 
purposes; together with all and singular the tenements heredi=
taments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining = To Have and to Hold the same to him the said J.
Adger Clark and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever = and we the said Mrs Jackqulin C.
Muldrow and M.A. Muldrow her husband, and Mrs Adella
T. Limmerman and William E. Limmerman her husband
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said J. Adger Clark
that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend him the said
