J. Adger Clark and his heirs, executors, administrators and 
assigns in the title to the property and every part and parcel
thereof hereby conveyed, and in the peaceful and quiet possess=
ion and enjoyment of said property against the claims and 
demands of any and all persons whomsoever lawfully claim=
ing or to claim the same = It is hereby further expressed that
this deed of conveyance is in persuance and in causumation 
of a sale of the above described Land made by us to the
said J. Adger Clark on the 13th day of February AD 1877

wife of M.A. Muldrow, and Mrs Adella P. Zimmerman wife
of William E. Zimmerman, Each of whom being first question=
ed and examined by me separate and apart from their said
husbands, says and acknowledges, Each of them for herself, respec=
tively, that they did sign, execute and deliver the foregoing deed of
conveyance of lands owned by them independently of their said
husbands, freely and voluntarily, and without any Compul=
sion, Constraint, Apprehension, or fear of or from their respec=
tive husbands above named.              }
