This Indenture made the Twenty eight day of April; Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and seventy three between Samuel
A. Swann of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau and
State of Florida and Martha R. Swann his wife parties of the
first part, and Alexander Goodson of the said County of Alach=
ua and State of Florida party of the second part: Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
Eight Sixty four Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl=
edged, hath given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold transferred,
and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, trans=
fer, and convey unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assign forever, all that certain lot - tract - or parcel
of Land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on
the public Maps of said State as the East half (E1/2) of the
