and deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance for the use and
purpose therein contained and expressed and that he together

This Indenture made the twenty eighth day of April in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven (1877)
Between Julia Cessna and William K. Cessna her husband, Annie
L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband, Franklin Johnson and
Sarah S. Johnson his wife, Agnes M. Miller and C.R. Miller her
husband all of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, of
the first part, and Susan DePoortere of Philadelphia and
State of Pennsylvania, of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Eight hundred dollars, lawful money of the United States to them
duly paid before the delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have bargained, sold and granted, and by these
presents do grant sell and convey all those certain pieces
or parcels of land, that is to say, the said Julia Cessna and W.K. Cessna
one third part (1/3), Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton one sixth (1/6) part
Franklin Johnson and Sarah S. Johnson one third (1/3) part, and
Agnes M. Miller and C.R. Miller one sixth (1/6) part, of said land
situate lying and being in the Alachua County, State of Florida
and particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit, Com=
mencing at the South East corner of Section fifteen (15) township
ten (10) South, Range Nineteen (19) East, and running thence West
along said section line Eighteen chains (18) and thirty one (31)
links; thence north Forty two (42) chains to a stake; thence south
fourteen chains to a stake; thence East thirty six (36) chains
to the point of beginning: Thence North fourteen (14 chains to a
stake thence West thirty six (36) chains to a stake, thence South
fourteen chains to a stake, thence East thirty six (36) chains
to the point of beginning, containing Fifty Acres more or less,
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, and all the estate title and interest of the said
parties of the first part therein:
To Have and to Hold all and singular the above mentioned and
and described premises and tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first
part do hereby severally covenant and agree with the said party of
the second part that at the time of the delivery hereof the said
