and Agnes his wife who I am satisfied are the Grantees
in the within deed of conveyance named and who executed
the same; and I having first made known to them the contents
thereof they did thereupon severally acknowledge that they signed
sealed and delivered the same as their voluntary act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein expressed and the said
Agnes M. Miller being by me privately examined separate and
apart from her said husband did further before me acknowl=
edge that she signed sealed and delivered the same as her volun-
tary act and deed freely and without any fear threat or com-
pulsion of or from her said husband

thereof a Commissioner of Deeds &c in and for said County of Hudson
Commissioned and sworn, and duly authorized to take the same.

of such officer and verily belive purpoting to be his is genuine

Sarah S. Johnson personally appeared before the undersigned
W.F. Rice Justice of the Peace and severally acknowledged
that each executed the foregoing deed, and Sarah S. Johnson the
said Conveyance of Dower, for the purpose of conveying to Sarah
W. Pootere the grantee therein named, all their several interest
and rights in and to said premises in fee simple and in
dower, in law or Equity, and pray that the same may be record-
ed
