well known, who after being examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband acknowledged that that she joined her
husband in the foregoing deed for the purposes of relinquishing
her dower or right of dower to the property conveyed therein
& that she did so freely and voluntarily & without any compulsion
constraint or apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

duly sworn says he saw the same signed and delivered by the
parties whose names are thereto subscribed for the purpose
therein set forth and contained,

This Indenture, Made this the twelfth day of June in the year of
Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven, between Ella
Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband who joins her in this Deed
for the purpose of approving her action in the premises of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part
and Mrs Anna Clark of Jefferson County State of New York
party of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One hundred ($100) dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained, sold, released, granted,
conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents do bargain, sell
release, grant, convey, and confirm, unto the said party of the sec-
ond part, her heirs and assigns, forever, all that certain piece or
parcel of land situate and lying in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and more particularly described as follows, viz=
Commencing at a stake twenty (20) chains East of the South west
corner of section thirty six (36) running thence East five (5) chains
and thirty (30) links to a stake; thence North eight (8°) degrees
west forth (40) chains and twenty (25) links to a stake; thence due
south forty (40) chains to the point of beginning contain-
ing ten (10) acres and sixty (60) one hundredths of an acre
