The above described piece or parcel of land lies in township
ten (10) South Range Eighteen East.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining,
and all the estate, right title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand whatsoever, as well in Law as in Equity, of the said part-
ties of the first part, in and to the above described premises, and every
part and parcel thereof;
To Have and To Hold the above granted, bargained and des-
cribed premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns, to her and their own proper
use, benefit, and behoof forever, And the said parties of the
first part, for their heirs, executors and administrators, do here-
by covenant with the said party of the second part her heirs and 
assigns, that at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the
first part were the lawful owners of the premises above gran-
ted, and seized thereof in fee simple absolute; that they are
free from all encumbrances; that the said parties of the first
part have good right to sell and convey the same to the said
party of the second part as aforesaid, and that the said parties of
the first part their heirs, executors, and administrators to the
above described and hereby granted and conveyed premises, and 
every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns, against the said
parties of the first part, and their heirs and against all and
every person and persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to 
claim the same, shall and will warrant, and by these presents for-
ever defend.

hereunto set their hand and affixed their seals, the day and year

Alachua County   } Be it remembered, That on this the twelfth
day of June AD 1877 personally came before me, an acting Nota-
ry Public for the State at large Ella Palmer wife of Frank Palmer
who upon an examination by me, held separate and apart from
her husband, acknowledged that she did make, sign and seal
the foregoing Deed of Conveyance freely, voluntarily, and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband.
