Alachua County   } On this day personally appeared before me
Frank Palmer to me well known, and acknowledged that he
executed the foregoing Deed, for the purposes therein expressed;
whereupon it is prayed that the same may be recorded.

This Indenture made this the fifteenth day of September in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six
between Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband who joins
in this deed for the purpose of Approving the action of his wife
in the premises of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
parties of the first part, and B. Herrara of the same State and County
party of the second part,
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of four hundred and eighty ($480.) dollars,
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, at
and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold, released,
granted, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do
bargain, sell, release, grant, convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, forever, all
that certain piece or parcel of land situate and lying in the
State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as
follows viz; Commencing at a stake in center of section
thirty six (36) running thence twenty chains east to a stake;
thence South eight (8°) degrees east Sixteen (16) chains and
fifty (50) links to A G & W I T Cos Rail road; thence south fifty
(50°) degrees west along said Rail Road twenty three (23) chains
and ten (10) links; thence North, Eight (8°) degrees west thirty one
(31) chains and fifty links (50) to the point of beginning, con-
taining forty Eight (48) acres more or less. The above described
piece or parcel of land lies township ten (10) south Range Eigh-
teen east.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining,
and all the estate, right title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity,
of the said parties of the first part, in and to the above described prem-
ises, and every part and parcel thereof:
To Have and To Hold The above granted, bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the 
second part, his heirs and assigns, to his and their own
