the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) lawful money of the
United States of America, to it in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these pres-
ents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has given, granted,
aliened, bargained, sold, transferred, conveyed and confirmed, and does
by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs executors Administrators and assigns forever, all that
certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and better known and descri-
bed on the public maps and records of said State as the North East
quarter of the North East quarter of section Seventeen in Town-
ship nine south of Range twenty two East containing forty acres
more or less (NE1/4 of NE1/4 Sec 17 T9 S R 22 E 40 acres)
To have and to hold the above granted, bargained, and described prem-
ises, together with all and singular the rights and privileges, immu-
nities, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any
wise appertaining, unto the said party of the second part, and to his
heirs administrators and assigns, as their absolute property in fee
simple forever.
And the said Florida Land and Immigration Company, for itself
and assigns, and for all others claiming by, through, or under it,
does covenant and agree, that at the time of the execution and
delivery of these presents, the said Company is seized of a good and
indefeasable fee simple to the above premises, and has good
right to convey the same, as it has conveyed the same, free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every
nature and description; and that the said party of the second part
his executors, administrators heirs and assigns, shall quietly and
peaceably, and may at all times hereafter have, use, occupy, poss-
ess and enjoy the above described premises against all persons what=
soever, lawfully claiming the same, And that it will at any and at
all times make such further covenants, conveyances and assuran-
ces at the expense of the said party of the second part, as he the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, or his counsel learned in
the law may require.
In witness whereof, the said party of the first part, has caused its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be subscri
bed by its President and Resident Manager, the day and year first above
