P.H. Young to me well known, who acknowledged in my pres
ence that he executed the foregoing deed of conveyance; (as Com-
missioner) for the uses and purposes therein set forth

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 2nd day of June
AD 1877 between Wm Edwards and Julia A. Edwards his wife who
joins her husband in this deed for the purpose of relinquish
ing her right of dower in and to the lands hereinafter described
both of said State & County, of the first part, and J. Crews Pelot of
the County of Manatee & State aforesaid of the second part;
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in con-
sideration of the sum of one Hundred and ten 90/100 dollars lawful
money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at and before ensealing & delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part
his heirs executors or administrators all their right title &
interest in and to all that certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being in said State & County and described as follows, All of
Section twenty (20) Township nine (9) S Range 19 East
together with the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining & all the
estate right title interest claim dower and right of dower
property possession and Demand whatsoever as well in law
as in Equity of the said parties of the first part of in and to
the above described premises and every part and parcel there-
of.
To have and to hold, all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises, together with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever.
