Fieri Facias and the Statutes in Such Cases made and provi-
ded and for and in consideration of the Said Sum of One and 50/100
Dollars to me as Such Sheriff in hand paid by the Said S.R.
Barnes the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bar-
gained sold and conveyed unto the Said S.R. Barnes and to her
assigns and heirs forever all that certain lot or parcel of land
lying and being in the town of Gainesville in Alachua County
Florida and particularly known and described as follows
viz - Lot Two (2) Block two (2) Range four (4) being two
hundred and Seventy Eight (278) feet North & South by two
hundred (200) feet East & West in Ropers addition to
the town of Gainesville in Section Four (4) Township ten (10)
Range twenty (20) S&E on the Corner of Lee & Magnolia Streets
To have and to hold unto her the Said S.R. Barnes and to her
heirs and assigns forever as fully and effectually as I the Said
Louis A. Barnes as Sheriff as aforesaid might could or ought to
sell and convey the Same

Know all men by these presents that we, John L. Barton of Busti,
Chautauque Co New York and D.W.L. Barton and his wife Annie Barton
of Alachua County State of Florida, are held and firmly bound unto
R.H. Wilson & P.F. Wilson of Alachua County & State of Florida in
the Sum of One thousand Dollars, lawful money of the United
States of A to be paid to the Said R.L. Wilson and P.F. Wilson
their Executors administrators or assigns; for which payment,
well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs executors
and administrators, jointly and Severally firmly by these presents
