Now the conditions of this obligation is Such that if the bounded
obligators shall on the first day of December 1877 in consideration of
One thousand dollars this day paid and the payment of an addi-
tional one thousand dollars on the said first day of December
1877, make execute and deliver unto the said R.H. Wilson and
P.F. Wilson a good and sufficient conveyance in fee simple and of
dower, with the usual acknowledgements and covenants, of two hun-
dred acres of land situate, lying and being in Section 27 and
26, Township 10, South, Range 19 East being parcels of Colsons Ft
Crane tract and of G.I.F. Clark grant, bounded as follows To wit
of the Clarke grant to begin at a fallen pine being the corner
of a tract of land formerly belonging to E.C. Haile and running thence
South 44 degrees East 40 chains to the margin of Paynes Prairie
thence East 13 1/2 chains thence North to the border of a small
lake and to include an addition so much under four chains as
shall make 100 acres and of the Colson tract so much as shall
make 100 acres adjoining the aforesaid to wit to be laid off parallel
with the South East line of the Clark grant; lying and being in
Alachua County Florida, together with so much of the Prairie abuting
on said 200 acres of land as there may be; and provided, nevertheless
that on said last mentioned payment and execution of deed, the said
Robert H. Wilson & Percifer F. Wilson Shall secure another and the
last payment of one Thousand Dollars by executing and delivering a
mortgage on said land to the undersigned then this obligation
to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect
