This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of January AD 1877 between
W.W. Button and Pellie Button his wife of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the first part and Cain King and Jefferson Brooks
trustees of the Baptist Church of Newnansville or St Mathews Bap-
tist church, of the same County and State.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of ten dollars to them in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold
aliened and confirmed and by these presents do bargain, sell, alien
and confirm unto the said trustees and their successors in office
a certain piece of land lying and situate in the above County
and State known and described as follows: Commencing at the point
where Summers North West boundary line intersects the
Lake City Road running North 34° west along the Eastern
Edge of said Road four hundred and twenty feet, thence North
50° East four hundred and twenty feet, South 34° East
four hundred and twenty feet, South 50° West four hundred
and twenty feet to the point of beginning containing four acres,
             fractional
the same being a^part of Lot four (4) Sec eleven (11) T Eight
R eighteen (18) East.
To have  and to hold the said described premises unto the said
trustees and their successors in office forever.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I Pelle But-
ton wife of the above named W.W. Button do by these presents made and
executed by me separate and apart from my said husband
and in the presence of M.M. Lewey a Judicial officer of Florida
acknowledge that I did make myself a party to and executed the fore-
going deed for the purpose of relinquishing all right of dower in and to
the lands in said deed, and that I freely and voluntarily executed the
same without any fear or compulsion from my said Husband
