in the year one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven between
Aaron Smith of said State & County & Caroline Smith his wife who joins
her said husband in this deed for the purpose of relinquishing her
Dower or right of dower in and to the lands conveyed herein and

eight links; thence west to a stake in said Branch ten chains
and forty three links; thence South with the meandering of said 
branch to the place of beginning containing Eleven Acres and 76/100
