State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I, W.T.
Alachua County   } Craig of the aforesaid County and State a Bach-
elor for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to
me cash in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
to Elisha Bloomer of the City of New York have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and forever quit claimed; and by these pres-
ents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and forever quit claim unto
him the said Elisha Bloomer all of the following described
piece, parcel, lot or tract of land situated in Alachua County
Florida (viz: The South West quarter of the South West quarter of
section twenty eight (28) Township Eight (8) Range twenty one (21)
all of section Thirty six (36) and the south half of Section
Twenty Six (26) both in Township eight (8) Range twenty one (21)
and the South half of the South East quarter, and the South
West quarter of the South East quarter of section Thirty
(30) Township Eight (8) Range twenty two (22), together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining 
To have and to hold the same to him the said Elisha Bloomer
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee
simple forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this 19th day of June AD 1877
