to me personally known who being duly sworn says and
acknowledges that he executed signed sealed and delivered
the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes
therein expressed and contained

This Indenture made and entered into this Sixth day of Oct-
ober AD 1876 between Ella Palmer and her husband Frank Pal-
mer, who joins in this deed for the purpose of approving
the action of his wife in the premises parties of the first
part and Richard H. Burr of the second part all of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida.
Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of two thousand four hundred-
($240000) Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever; all that certain piece or parcel of land sit-
uate and lying in Alachua County and more particularly descri-
bed as follows = West half of North East quarter; the East half
of North West quarter and East half of the South East
quarter of section thirty five (35) Township ten (10) Range
Eighteen South & East. Twelve and a half feet are reserved on
the South end of lots 2 & 3 for a street and the same on the
north of lot 8.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appur-
taining and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, poss-
ession, claim, and demand whatsoever as well in law as
in equity of the party of the first part, in and to the above des-
cribed premises and every part and parcel thereof=
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and descri-
bed premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part forever. And the said parties of the first
