advertise the real estate hereinafter described as the Real
estate of William Colson late of said County deceased for sale
on the first Monday in May AD 1877 the same being the seventh
day of said month and whereas the said S.C. Tucker as Commiss-
ioner as aforesaid under and by virtue of the power and authority
in him as said Commissioner vested by the said order of our Probate
Court as aforesaid and pursuant to said advertisement did sell the
property hereinafter described as the property of the estate of William
Colson deceased late of said County to the highest bidder at public
auction before the Court house door in the town of Gainesville in
Alachua County Florida on the said seventh day of May AD 1877
between the legal hours of sale Ivin Holder became the purchaser
of said property he being the highest and best bidder for the
same:-
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I the said
Samuel C. Tucker as Commissioner as aforesaid under and
by virtue of the powers to me given and the authority in me
vested by the above mentioned order issued out of the Probate
Court for Alachua County Florida (reference thereto being had
will more fully appear} and pursuant to said advertisement
and sale, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Ivin Holder and to his heirs and assigns forever all those certain
pieces parcels or tracts of land lying and being situate in the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid and designated and
described as follows to wit; SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of sec 10. and SW1/4
of the NW1/4 of sec 15 T 7 South of Range 19 East containing 80
acres, also the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of sec 15 T 7 South of Range 19
East containing Forty acres; also the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 & the NW1/4
of the SW1/4 of sec 9 T 7 South of Range 19 East and the SW1/4
of the NW1/4 and the NW1/4 of sec 15 and SW1/4 of sec 15 T 7
S of Range 19 E containing 120 acres; the E1/2 of the NW1/4
and the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of sec 16 T 7 south of Range 19 East
containing 120 acres; the NE1/4 of sec 16 T 7 south of Range 19
East containing 160 acres amounting to Seven hundred and
twenty (720) acres -
Sold as the property of the estate of the said William Colson
late of said County deceased to pay the debts due and owing by
the said estate and for distribution among the heirs of said
estate in pursuance of the order of our Probate Court here-
tofore issued and above referred to:- To Have and to Hold unto
him the said Ivin Holder and unto his heirs and assigns for=
ever as fully and effectually as I the said Samuel C. Tucker
as Commissioner as aforesaid under and by virtue of the
Authority in me vested in the premises and the advertise-
ment and sale thereunder made might & could or ought to
sell and convey the same:
