Sparkman in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do relinquish
all my dower or right of Dower to the within granted premises

Before me personally came P.F.M. Sparkman who being by me
examined privately and apart from her husband and having the deed
aforesaid fully explained to her acknowledged the same to be her
free act and deed and declared that she had willingly signed sealed and
delivered the same and that she wished not to retract it.

George W. Sparkman for and in consideration of the sum of $100000
One Thousand Dollars to me in hand paid by Thomas Tillis, at or before
the signing sealing and delivery of these presents do hereby grant
bargain sell and convey these presents, Hath granted bargained
sold and conveyed unto the said Thomas Tillis his heirs and assigns
forever, All my right title and interest in the following parcels of land
to wit: the N1/2 of Lot No 4 the S1/2 of the NW Qr and the NE1/4 of
SW1/4 and the NE1/4 of SW1/4 of the NE1/4 the NW1/4 of SE1/4 of
Section Thirty two in township seven south of Range Twenty one
East containing 256 07/100 Acres more or less situate in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging
