This Indenture, made the 23rd day of April in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven, Between
Thomas Tillis and his wife Susan H. Tillis of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part, and Mrs Frances M. Spark-
man of Alachua County Florida of the second part
Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and in consider-
ation of the sum of one hundred dollars lawful money of the United
States of America, to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part
and her heirs and assigns, forever, all that tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows, The South West Quarter of the North West Quarter
and the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter of section
number thirty one Township Seven, Range Twenty one - containing
Eighty acres more or less - SW1/4 of the NW1/4 and the NW1/4 of the
SW1/4 of Sec 31, T 7 R 21
Together with all and singular the Lands, tenements, hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders
rents, issues, and profits thereof; And Also all the estate, right, title,
interest, dower, and right of dower separate estate, property, poss-
