Sideration of the Said Sum of One 50/100 Dollars to me as Such Sheriff in 
hand paid by the Said Joseph H. Avera the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, I have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain Sell and convey unto the said Joseph H. Avera
and to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot or parcel of land
lying and being in the town of Gainesville in the State and County aforesaid
and particularly known and described as follows viz Lots No 9 and 10
Block 2 Range 2 being 241 ft north and South and 338 ft East and West
Said lots containing 81.458 Sq ft in Ropers addition to the Town of Gainesville being
in Section Four (4) Township ten (10) Range twenty (20) S&E. To Have and to 
hold unto him the Said J.H. Avera and to his heirs and assigns forever as 
fully and effectually as I the Said Louis A. Barnes as Sheriff as afore-
Said under and by virtue of the Said Sundry writs of Fieri Facias and
the levy advertisement and Sale thereunder made might could or ought 
to sell and convey the Same

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this the
4th day of July AD one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven
Between E. Drayton Earle and Baylis J. Eare of the said State and
County of the one part and Mary L. Earle wife of Elias Earle
of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said E.
Drayton Earle and Baylis J. Earle for and in consideration of
the Sum of Five hundred Dollars Cash in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have and do by these presents
remise release and forever Quit Claim to all that Certain tract
of land on the West side of Santa Fe Lake and known on
the public maps as the NE1/4 of section Four (4), the E1/2 of
the NW1/4 of Section Four (4) and the E1/2 of the SW1/4 of
Section Four (4) all in township nine (9) S of Range twenty
two (22) east containing in the aggregate about Two hundred
and Eighty (280) acres more or less with all the rights members
and appurtenances to the said lot of land in any wise apper
