taining or belonging to the said Mary L. Earle her heirs or
assigns. To have and to hold the said premises unto the
said Mary L. Earle her heirs and assigns so that neither we the said
E. Drayton Earle and Baylis J. Earle, nor our heirs, nor any other
person or persons claiming under us or them shall at any time
hereafter by any way or means have claim or demand any
right or title to the aforesaid premises, or its appurtenances or
any part thereof.

wife of Elias Earle of the State and County aforesaid of the one
part, and Baylis J. Earle (Pro Chein Ami) for Mary Hemphill
Earle, and Susan Boylston Earle) of the same place of the

L. Earle and her husband Elias Earle of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the first part, and Eliza Thompson Earle
wife of Baylis Earle of the State and County aforesaid of the sec-

and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand two
hundred and forty one 45/100 Dollars ($3244 45/100) and interest
accrued on the same from June 12th 1877 to date lawful money
