as Tillis and Roberta E. Tillis his wife of the aforesaid County and
State for and in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand Dollars to us
cash in hand paid by P.W.W. Sparkman of said State and County the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the
said P.W.W. Sparkman all those certain pieces parcels or tracts of land lying
being and situated in Alachua County in the State of Florida described
as follows, to wit:
