Know all men by these presents that I Isiah Lee of the State of Florida
Alachua County party of the first part, and Moses and John Lee of the
same County and State of the second part, Witnesseth that the said
Isiah Lee for and in consideration of Natural affection which
he has towards the said Moses and John Lee has given granted aliened
and conveyed and by these do give grant alien and confirm unto
the said Moses and John Lee five head of cattle described as follows
two red cows Respectively two and four years old two red spotted cows
about two years old and one (1) white cow with red head.
To have and to hold all and singular the above described goods and
chattels unto the said Moses and John Lee and their assigns
forever.

This Indenture made this the 3rd day of July in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven between S.G. Wynn
with his wife Sarah C. Wynn of said County and State, of the first part and
Ida Avera of the same County and State of the second part: Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Forty three ($43.00) dollars in hand paid the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold conveyed and granted
and by these presents do sell grant convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part in fee simple, all that certain tract or lot of
land situate in said County parcel of section thirty three (33) township
nine (9) South Range twenty (20) East, and bounded as follows to wit
Beginning at a stake 60 feet north of 22 chains and 68 links from
