                 }  This indenture made and entered into
this June (2nd) second AD 1877 between Julia Cessna and
W.K. Cessna her husband who Joins in this deed for the
purpose of ratifying the action of his wife in the premises
and Annie L. Barton all of the County and State aforesaid
Witness that the said Julia Cessna and W.K. Cessna parties of
the first part for and in Consideration of Sixty Dollars
to them in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge
-ed have sold and Conveyed and by these presents do sell and
and Convey unto the said Annie L. Barton party of the 
second part her heirs and assigns one third interest in and
to the following described property Viz the parairie situation
and lying in Section fifteen and Twenty Two Township ten (10)
Range Nineteen 19 South and East Known and Called by the
Name of Hogtown the said One third is understood to mean
One third of that portion of said pariarie embraced in what
is Known as the Patterson place as purchased by Cessna
Barton and Johnson in the year AD 1875
Together with all singular the appertainances heredita-
-aments and every thing there unto appertaining To have and
to hold the said described bargained and Conveyed
premises in fee simple forever with the appertainances
the said parties of the first part hereby Covenant and a
gree to defend the said party of the second part against all
lawful Claimants Claim or Claims what so Ever.
In Witness where of they have here unto set their hands

                        Before me personally Came
Julia Cessna wife of W.K. Cessna who upon an Examination
had and held by me separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that the Execution of the foregoing deed of Conveyance
was her free and Voluntary act and that she Executed the same
for the purposes there in Expressed and without any Compulsion 
Constraint fear or favor of or from her said husband
