her heirs and assigns to her and their own proper use
benefit and behoof for ever And the said party of the
first part for his heirs Executors and administrators
do hereby Covenant with the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns that at the time of delivery
here of the said party of the first part is the Lawful owner
of the premises above granted and seized there of in fee
simple absolute that they are free from all incumbrances
that the said party of the first part has good right to
sell and Convey the same to the said party of the second
part as aforesaid and that the said party of the
first part his heirs Executors and administrators the above
described and hereby granted and Conveyed premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtainances unto
the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
against the said party of the first part and his heirs
and against all and every person and persons whomsoever
lawfully Claiming or to Claim the same shall and will warran
t and by these presents forever defend.
