Alachua county This Indenture made and
entered into this the 1st day of January in the year
of our Lord Eighteen Hundred & Seventy Seven
(1872) Between Penelope Standly Laura Dell
John B. Dell James Standly and Lavon1a Standly
all of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
the parties of the first part and John G. Dampier
of the said State and County the party of the
second part.
Witnesseth that for and in
Consideration of the sum of One Hundred and fifty
Dollars $150\00 in hand paid by the party of the
second part to the said parties of the first part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the
said parties of the 1st part have bargained
sold aliened and Conveyed and by these presents
do sell Convey and Confirm unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns all that certain piece or parcel of Land
Lying and being situated in said State of Florida
and county of Alachua and Known and
described as the North East quarter of the South
East quarter of section (28) Twenty Eight Township
(8) south of Range (19) Nineteen East containing in
all (40) forty Acres. To Have and to hold unto
the said party of the second part and to his
heirs Executors and assigns in fee simple absolute
title forever.
And the said parties of the first part
for themselves their heirs executors administrators
and assigns by these presence do warrant
and bind themselves forever to defend unto the said
party of the second part his heirs executors administrators
and assigns the title, and the undisturbed
possession and enjoyment of the said above granted
land against themselves and against the Claims of all
other persons
In testimony whereof the said parties
of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and affixed their seals on this the day & year first above
written
