acknowledged have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain & sell
unto the said Jane Oak all that certain peace
or parcel of Land described as follows Commen-
cing at the East Corner of the west half of Section
25 T9 R19 runing North 440 yards along
the dividing Line of Sec 25, Twenty Five T9 R19
W 440 yds thence south 440 yds thence East
440 yds to the place of beginning
Containing 40 Acres more or less
To have and to hold the same unto the said
