Lafayette County } This Indenture made and entered into on this the 2nd day
of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven
By and between James L.F. Cotrell and Thomas P. Chairs Sole Surviving Executors
and Trustees of the last will and testament of James W. McQueen late of Said
County and State deceased, Parties of the first part, And Addie McIlvaine
formerly Addie McQueen now the wife of William P. McIlvaine Party of the
Second part, Witnesseth, That the Said Parties of the first part as
Trustees as aforesaid In order to Cary out and perform one of the duties
imposed upon upon them by the will of the Said James W. McQueen, As well
as Also to Carry out and perform A Certain decree rendered in the
Circuit Court in Said County rendered and bearing date the Second day
of July AD 1877, In Chancery, As well as for and in Consideration of
the Sum of five dollars cash in hand to them paid by the Said party of
the Second part, the receipt thereof being hereby acknowledged & be-
fore the Sealing and delivery of these presents, Have as Trustees as afore-
Said Bargained and Sold, released and Conveyed and doth by these pres-
