This Indenture, made the 18th day of November in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Six Between
P.W.W. Sparkman and his wife S.E. Sparkman of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part, and Mrs Emma
L. Perry of the County of Alachua and of the State of Florida
of the Second part, Witnesseth, That the Said parties of the first part,
for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred and fifty dol-
lars, lawful money of the United States of America, to    in hand
paid by the Said part of the Second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
edged, hath granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, remised, released,
conveyed, and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
Sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns, forever, all that cer-
tain Lot or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
