Charleston County       } Know all men by these presents that
we George W. Witte and Armin F. Witte parties doing business in
the City of Charleston in the State of South Carolina under the
firm name and Style of Witte Brothers for and in consideration
of the Sum of Five hundred dollars to us in hand paid by
Sarah C. Little of Alachua County, Florida, have granted
bargained, Sold, and Conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bar-
gain, Sell and convey unto her the Said Sarah C. Little all that Cer-
tain piece parcel or tract of land lying being and Situated in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida, Known and described
as an undivided one half interest of and in Section Twenty
three (23) And an undivided one half interest of and in the
West half of Section Fourteen (14) all in Township Nine (9) Range
Nineteen (19) reserving of Same Two acres at a Church and
Two acres at a grave yard, together with all and Singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging
or in anywise appurtaining, To Have and To Hold the Same unto
her the said Sarah C. Little and to her heirs, executors, administra-
tors and assigns in fee Simple forever
In Witness Whereof we have hereunto Set our hand and affixed
our Seals on this 3rd day of July AD 1876.

of the Sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid by Sarah C. Little
have released, relinquished, renounced and conveyed and by these
presents do release relinquish renounce and convey unto her the
Said Sarah C. Little all my Right of Dower or one third Dower
Interest of in and to all that tract piece or parcel of land
lying being and Situated in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida Known and described as an undivided one half
interest of and in the west half of section (14) all in township
