Sideration of the Sum of Fifty dollars lawful money of the United States
of America, to it in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part, at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has given, granted, aliened, bargained, Sold
transferred, Conveyed and Confirmed, and does by these presents give, grant
alien, bargain, Sell, transfer, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the Said party of the Second part and to his heirs and assigns forever-
all the Certain tract= or parcel of Land, Situate, lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and better known and described
on the public maps and records of Said State as the South East Quar-
ter of the South West Quarter of Section Two in township Eight
South of Range twenty one^East, Containing Forty acres more or less
(SE1/4 of SW1/4 of Sec 2 T8 S R21 E 40a)
To Have and to Hold the above granted, bargained and described pre-
eses, together with all and Singular the rights and privileges, Eas-
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appur-
tining, unto the Said party of the Second part, and to his heirs ad-
mimistrators and assigns, as their absolute property in fee Simple
forever.
And the Said Florida Land and Immigration Company for itself and
assigns, and for all others claiming by, through or under it, does Cov-
enant and agree, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these
presents the Said Company is Seized of a good and indefensible fee
Simple to the above premises, and has good right to Convey the Same, as
it has Conveyed the Same, free and discharged from all encumbran-
ces and liens of any and every nature and description; and that the
Said party of the Second part, his executors administrators heirs and
assigns, Shall quietly and peaceably, and may at all times hereafter,
have, use, occupy, posess and enjoy the above described premises,
against all persona whatsoever, lawfully claiming the Same, And
that it will at any and all times make Such further Covenants,
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the Said party of the
Second part, as the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns, or counsel learned in the law may require.
               In Witness Whereof, the Said party of the first part
              has Caused its Corporate Seal to be hereunto affixed
              and these presents to be Subscribed by its President and
              Resident Manager, the day and year first above written
