Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this
the 6th day of August AD 1877 between S.C. Tucker Sheriff of Alachua
County Florida and S.H. Burnett of the Second part. Witnesseth
that whereas I the said S.C. Tucker as Sheriff as aforesaid under
and by virtue of an execution issued out of the Circuit Court
for Alachua County in the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida
in favor of Matilda S. Brown administratrix of the Estate of
George L. Brown deceased and against David A. Friar I did
levy upon and Seize the property hereinafter described as the
property of the said David A. Friar the defendant to Satisfy Said
Execution and did duly and legally advertize the Same for
Sale on the first Monday in August AD 1877 the Same being
the 6th day of Said month and did pursuant to Said levy and
advertisement Sell the Same at public auction before the Court
House Door in the Town of Gainesville in the County and State
aforesaid between the legal hours of sale on the 6th day of
August AD 1877 and whereas at said Sale S.H. Burnett became
the purchaser of the property herein after described for the Sum
of twenty Dollars that being the highest Sum bid for the Same
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I the Said S.C.
Tucker as Sheriff as aforesaid under and by virtue of the Said
Execution and the levy advertisement and Sale thereunder made
and for and in consideration of the said Sum of twenty dollars
to me in hand paid by the Said S.H. Burnett the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained Sold and Conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said
S.H. Burnett and to his heirs and assigns forever all the following
described property to wit: the South East Quarter of the North
West Quarter of Section Nine (9) Township Seven (7) Range
Nineteen (19) lying and being in Alachua County Florida -
